Weekend Warriors Week 6 Wrap-up

A look back on Friday's Tear It Up! projections and waiver moves to boost your team!

Vince Young (QB) - Injured after 1 TD and 61 Yards in the 1st Quarter!

Danny Woodhead (RB) - Good for 115 total yards against the Ravens.  He was the Pats leading rusher and continues to get looks as a receiver - 3rd game in a row with 10+ fantasy points

Kenny Britt (WR) - 33 Yards and 1 TD!

Jeremy Shockey (TE) - Failed to impress, hauling in just 3 catches for 21 yards.  Tony Moeaki is a better option if you're having tight end trouble.

San Fransisco (DEF) - Tied for the 4th most points in Yahoo! league and ESPN standard scoring.  A solid day against a weak Oakland defense.

Around the League adds after the jump!

Waiver Wire

Matt Cassel (QB) - Cassel had a very solid game this week against Houston, good for 201 yards and 3 TDs.  He faces Jacksonsville next week and we're on board!

Chris Ivory (RB) - With Pierre Thomas's injury looking worse than expected, Ivory is worthy of a waiver add this week.  If you are a PT owner, this handcuff is an obvious one.

Danny Woodhead (RB,WR) - Pick him up!

Jason Avant (WR) - Don't expect to see DeSean Jackson back on the field for at least a week or two after getting rocked by Dunta Robinson.  Avant will be lining up across from Jeremy Maclin and the Eagles invested heavily in this guy in the offseason.  Look for him to put up solid numbers in Philly's hot passing game.

Tony Moeaki (TE) - Kansas City's schedule is very easy the next few weeks. Moeaki is on the rise and being picked up rather quickly, act fast!
